Shooting in Rubibi

Because we were shooting in culturally sensitive areas for the Yawuru people, we worked closely with Yawuru consultants to ensure our shoot was conducted safely and respectfully – and to arrange a Welcome to Country from a local elder.

We also had the pleasure of casting a number of local First Nations community members from Rubibi, and enjoyed daily catering from Indigenous-owned local cafe Mabu Mayi.
