How many photographers or videographers will we need?
That depends on the size and type of event you’re hosting. More intimate events like pop-ups, in-store events and workshops usually require just one skilled photographer and/or videographer. Larger events like music, art or fashion festivals will usually require a team of multiple photographers who can capture different angles and aspects of each moment.
We’re good at figuring out the magic number based on the vibe and size of the event, so just get in touch with your brief and we’ll be happy to run you through the numbers we think you’ll need.
How quickly will we receive our photos and videos?
We understand that receiving content quickly is key during a lot of events. We’re happy to arrange rushed file delivery where needed, including same-day or next-day handoff for select files you’d like to post and share while the event is still happening.
Can you capture content for social media during the event?
We’d love to! While our photographers and videographers get to work, our in-house social videographer can be on the ground capturing all those special little moments for authentic, lo-fi event coverage. Then we can either deliver that footage directly to you or edit it in house for your social platforms.
Do you travel outside of Melbourne for events?
Yes! We work with photographers and videographers all across Australia, and are ready to jump on a plane to join you on the ground wherever your event is taking place.
