Production management for adidas x Hypebeast editorials.
Hypebeast engaged LSS to oversee production of photo and video content for its Embracing Originality series, in collaboration with adidas.
This series celebrates artists who own their true selves and push back against the status quo – embodying the effortless originality central to adidas Originals.
The interviews, photos and videos feature creative pioneers Forest Claudette and Ashwarya, who are breaking new ground with unique personas in the music realm. The content aligns with themes of personal empowerment and artistic celebration of cultural identity.
We managed all phases of production, ensuring smooth sailing for the creative team as they brought this story to life. This included scouting locations that held importance to Forest and Ashwarya, to properly dive into each artist’s identity.

Forest Claudette
Forest’s artistic and personal duality is reflected through quiet moments and intimate, documentary-style reflections, contrasted with high-energy movement. Key themes include authentic storytelling, the transformative power of literature, and pushing binaries.
Ashwarya
Ashwarya’s originality lies in all the different expressions of herself that she explores through music, reflected in a video treatment designed to keep up with her fast-paced sound. Her connection with like-minded creatives, confidence in personal style, and cultural heritage add layers to her artistry.
